Spanish Colonial Punch Out

Join Spanish Colonial Award winning Tin Artist Gregory Scargall for a hands on experience of early New Mexico Tinwork with a few twists. Participants will learn a brief history of Tinwork in New Mexico, and will be able to punch their very own unique piece of Tinwork!
$25 of each ticket goes to continue to support the amazing work of the Veterans Resource Center. Enter directly from the parking lot into the Learning Center, make your art, and then enter the Meow Wolf Exhibit without waiting in line!

Santa Fe Community College Veterans Resource Center is open to all veterans and their families and provides one on one service to those needing assistance.

The Veterans Resource Center at SFCC opened November 4, 2013. It is centrally located within the Office of Student Development. This location is easily accessible to all student veterans, and their family members. The VRC staff is made up of veterans who are always prepared to serve those who have served, and their families.

SFCC VRC is a place where student veterans, and their family members can feel welcome and supported.

Services Provided Include:

• Information about VSO’s (Veteran Service Organizations) in & around Santa Fe.
• Assistance with VA Educational & Health Care Benefit Enrollment.
• Advocacy for veterans benefits & claims
• DD 214 retrieval
• Computer workstations & Wi-Fi access
• Work-Study placement
• Veterans Family Service Support.
• Veteran to Veteran mentoring and support
• Community outreach
• Scholarship information
• Student Veterans of America organization

Educational Benefits:

Santa Fe Community College offers more than 100 degree and certificate programs to choose from. SFCC is certified to process all chapter education benefit programs like Post 911 G.I. Bill, Vocational Rehabilitation, NM Vietnam Veterans scholarship, just to name a few.

To get started using your VA education benefits at SFCC please bring in your DD 214, Certificate of eligibility award letter, and a copy of your VONAPP application, and any official college transcripts.
If you need help getting any of these forms please visit the SFCC VRC for assistance.

These forms need to be submitted to the VA School Certifying Official: Susan Salgado, her office is located in the Registrar’s suite in the Welcome and Advising Center Room# 202
